Job Descriptions1.Ensure that all restaurant and reception policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and trainings are trained and completely understood in timely basis.
2.Champion service, food and beverage knowledge through company training materials and outlines.
3.Accountable for maximizing seating capacity, acting balanced between the guests and the restaurant interest.
4.Understand Company Health and Safety Policies and ensure your areas comply with them.
5.Familiarize yourself with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and actively enforce these in your area of responsibility.
6.Answers guests’ bookings, being accommodating, following Pilgrim booking procedures.
7.nvestigate and resolve complaints regarding service by addressing them on spot and ensuring that the guest leaves happy.
8.Lead by example to display exceptional memorable experience to all guests, collecting feedback and acting on the guest interest.
