Job Descriptions

1.Installation and Maintenance of Water and Electrical Systems - Plan, install, and maintain electrical systems within the factory to ensure uninterrupted production operations. - Oversee water supply, wastewater, and treatment systems, ensuring compliance with standards and efficient usage of water resources. 2.Control and Maintenance of HVAC and Ventilation Systems - Manage the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems to maintain the ideal temperature and humidity levels for electronics manufacturing. - Regularly maintain and inspect ventilation systems and filters to reduce the risk of dust and humidity affecting production areas. 3.Energy Management and Cost Reduction 4. Develop and implement energy and water conservation plans, including installing energy-efficient systems and utilizing automation control technology. - Continuously monitor power usage to minimize costs and improve the efficiency of energy systems. 4.Preventive Maintenance and Emergency Response - Create preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to avoid downtime in production processes. - Handle emergencies such as power outages, water leaks, or HVAC malfunctions, ensuring quick resolution to minimize disruptions. 5.Reporting and Cross-Department Collaboration - Prepare maintenance, energy usage, and inspection reports for management review. - Collaborate with production engineering and management teams to plan and improve support systems for efficient manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience with HVAC, electrical, and water systems in an industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of energy management, preventive maintenance, and automated temperature and humidity control systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
