Job Descriptions

1.Planning and Managing Materials - Plan and manage inventory levels for raw materials and electronic components to ensure smooth and efficient production. - Coordinate with purchasing and production departments to ensure materials availability meets production needs. 2.Tracking and Controlling Material Movement - Control the receiving and distribution of materials in the warehouse, ensuring adherence to standards and processes. - Use ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to record material movements and update inventory statuses. 3.Supplier and Logistics Coordination - Monitor material deliveries and work closely with suppliers to ensure on-time and quality materials delivery. - Collaborate with logistics and transport teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective material transportation. 4.Inventory Management and Quality Control - Inspect raw materials and electronic components upon arrival to prevent issues in production processes. - Perform regular stock counts and prepare daily/weekly inventory reports. 5.Improving Material Management Processes - Analyze material management issues and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste. - Work with engineering and production teams to implement modern and responsive material management solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Materials Management, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Material Control, Inventory, or Warehouse Management, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
Familiarity with ERP software such as SAP or Oracle and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Knowledge of production processes in the electronics industry and quality control of raw materials.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Teamwork and effective communication skills.
