Job Descriptions1.Follow and report anomalies about kitchen policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and trainings programs.
2.Create an environment in the kitchen that is warm, welcoming, and filled with positivity for guests and employees.
3.Champion service and food knowledge through company training materials and outlines.
4.Ensure that the guests have a 5* treatment, and that they leave happy our venue.
5.Responsible to deliver what says on the weekly kitchen cleaning schedules.
6.Understand Company Health and Safety Policies and ensure your areas comply with them.
7.Familiarize yourself with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and actively enforce these in your area of responsibility.
8.Ensures high quality food are always delivered as per Pilgrim SOPs
9.Acts as a company ambassador and spokesperson to all guests.
