- ดูแลและบริหารกำลังพลให้ได้ตามเป้าหมาย
- ติดตามและคอยให้คำแนะนำทีมงาน
Qualifications
- ชาย อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในงานรักษาความปลอดภัย (รปภ , แม่บ้าน )
- มีทักษะในการบริหารกำลังพลและจัดการทีมงาน รปภ
- ถ้ามีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ PCS จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถนำเสนอ, แก้ไขปัญหา ร่วมถึงวางแผน ให้ลูกค้าได้
