Job Descriptions

As Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you role is an integral part of the development process. You will lead and own quality strategy of assigned agile team to ensure a right level of product quality. And you will be assigned to ensure right level of testing activities perform along with product design/implementation. Define necessary test automation, design automation flow, share implementation effort with software engineer. Monitor and ensure each change achieves its business KPI on production. Apart from that you must drive the velocity of product development together with agile team. Job Responsibilities - Review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. - Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases. - Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate quality testing activities. - Lead and own quality strategy of an assigned agile team to ensure the right level of product quality. - Operate day-to-day work and inspire them. - Own quality practice of assigned agile team. - Ensure the right level of testing activities performed along with product design/implementation. - Define necessary test automation, design automation flow, share implementation effort with software engineer. - Monitor and ensure each change achieves its business KPI on production. - Drive the velocity of product development together with the agile team.

Qualifications

Graduated in Bachelor or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
4 - 8 years of experience in a software development related field.
Ability to code at least one of any programming language.
Experience in Test automation or Selenium is a plus.
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and commit to the team’s schedules and goals.
Have Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Have Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
