Job DescriptionsResponsibilities:
Oversee and manage all transactions related to Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and journal entries with accuracy and timeliness.
Handle fixed assets management, including asset registration and depreciation calculations.
Prepare and manage withholding tax filings (PND 3, PND 53, PND 54) and VAT reports (PP 30, PP 36) in compliance with tax regulations.
Reconcile details of the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve accounting-related issues effectively.
Liaise with internal and external auditors, as well as the Revenue Department and other relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with financial and tax regulations.
Perform other assigned tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the accounting team.
