Job Descriptions

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ: Payroll & Employee Records: Manage the full-cycle payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Handle tax filings and ensure compliance with labor laws and relevant regulations. Prepare payroll reports and maintain official government-related documents. Monitor and record employee attendance, leave, and tardiness. ISO 9001 Documentation Support: Assist in HR-related documentation to support ISO 9001 compliance. Training & Development: Develop and manage the annual training plan. Coordinate employee training programs and ensure proper documentation. Recruitment & Employment Contracts: Coordinate with recruitment agencies for hiring new employees. Prepare and manage employment contracts and related documents. Other HR & Administrative Support: Provide support for other HR-related tasks as assigned. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, particularly in payroll processing.
Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
Experience with HR software and payroll systems is a plus.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Mon - Fri 08.30 - 17.30
