Job Description: The Brand Ambassador, Guest Relations at One Bangkok will be a key representative of our prestigious development, ensuring an exceptional visitor experience. This individual will act as the face of One Bangkok, welcoming guests, conducting informative tours, and sharing comprehensive knowledge about our iconic development in a professional and engaging manner. Key Responsibilities: -Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, embodying the values and vision of One Bangkok. -Conduct guided tours of One Bangkok, providing detailed and accurate information about the development’s history, vision, design, and facilities. -Manage guest inquiries and requests with a proactive and positive attitude, ensuring all guests have a memorable experience. -Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all aspects of One Bangkok, including its architectural, cultural, technologies and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as guest relations, hospitality, or airline.
Prior experience conducting tours or working as a brand ambassador is a plus.
Proficiency in English is required and fluency in a third language is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
Passionate about delivering high-quality customer service and enhancing guest experiences.
Comfortable with public speaking and guiding both small and large groups.
A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to handle guest complaints with diplomacy.
High level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and adaptability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
