Job Descriptions

Working Day : Monday - Friday (2 Saturday per month) Working Time : 8.00 - 17.00 Job description: - Monitor every shipment since pick up shipment at origin until arrival BKK or delivery to customer. - Prepare and control document etc. HAWB , invoice , packing list , pre alert ,AWB and B/L . - Prepare monthly expense report to manager meeting. - Support for Export procedure and documentation requirement. - Monitor shipments to ensure compliance of regulations. - Tracking and tracing the progress of shipments. - Negotiation on whether or not to be subject to BOI. - Import clearance process under BOI inbound. - Control cost for import and export shipment. - Follow up and support Air , Sea freight. - Management and execution of BOI related matters as a whole. Qualifications

Male / Female , Age between 40 years old up.
Master ‘s Degree or Bachelor's Degree in related field.
At least 8 years experience in BOI Import & Export, Purchase Mat' control in manufacturing company and At least 5 years in Supervisor ,Chief.
Experience in Japanese Company will be advantage.
Have knowledge in Import Export, customs clearance, sea & air freight or boat.
Person who has BOI related experience 5 years or more.
Good command of English and plus computer skills.
Can work under pressure and fast learner.
