Job Descriptions
1. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and legal documents including commercial, and marketing contracts.
2. Have practical knowledge of and experience on applicable laws, regulations or rules relating to financial services, consumer protection, personal data protection and coordinate with BOT, AMLO or other governmental regulators.
3. Draft, review, revise and implement compliance policies, guidelines and procedures and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and reporting obligations.
4. Provide comprehensive regulatory compliance advice to the business units on the compliance matters and liaise with business units on all company activities to insure full conformity with relevant laws and regulations.
5. Monitor compliance processes, evaluate gaps and make recommendations for process improvement together with conducting compliance training.
6. Support on licensing application.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or higher degree in laws/related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in compliance role (Preferred).
- Excellent interpretation and analytical skills, problem-solving, interpersonal and teamwork.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Thai & English language.
- Ability of being proactive, creative, fast learning, credible, and able to prioritise and mange multiple tasks in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft office programs.
