Job Descriptions
Sourcing & Negotiate supplier to find parts localization & Overseas.
Co-Working directly with the Engineer Material Costing to exchange information and provide guidance on supplier selection.
Select new suppliers, coordinate with the Production Planning control department to testing quality standard, and evaluate new and existing suppliers as per standard procedures.
Process basic cost estimating after Complete BOM thoroughly and be able to co-working with IT to create the system comfortable while being able to continue improving application or tools system the company’s pricing to ensure accuracy and profits.
Responsible for completing monitoring reporting & input and update of project data according to the requirements of procurement project management.
Responsible for fixed pricing of parts (including target price), overall management of conveyor component parts, robot, automation parts, tooling and international procurement, to ensure that all procurement resources are in place on time.
Responsible for regularly reporting and communicating with the project director on the completion of the procurement work plan and existing problems, docking, improving and enhancing the results of collaborative evaluation of departments.
Manage Supplier business review, and work with Supplier Quality Engineering on qualifying new suppliers.
Support Business Units in the areas of: resolving quality issues, generating material cost reductions, assisting in supplier delivery problems, and implementation of supply chain strategies.
Comply with ISO standards and monitor problems and risks management of internal team & from operations other departments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in related Engineering field.
- Good Skill of negotiation and able to communicate with in English basic at least.
- Ability to manage overlapping several projects.
- Ability to successfully interact with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational skill with an ability to prioritize and meet deadline.
- Good in able to available in Engineering design & computer software, including spreadsheets, word processing, and email.
- Ability to create and maintain inventory reports and manage stock levels.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
- Will be required to hybrid work with 5 days in office.
- Salary will depend upon experience and knowledge skills that is match to the field of work.
- Have good skills in reading and analyzing engineering drawings.
