Job Descriptions Support the offline event execution including stock selection, floor space optimization (storage, merchandising), vendor management, sales report and stock movements from our pop up store and warehouses.
What we will trust you with:
1.Retail floor ops role
•Report to the Brand Director and organize weekly flash sales in pop up event
•Manage stock arrival and departure to ensure smooth operations and optimal cost control (stock inbound and outbound)
•Provide full spectrum retail operation assistance and guide the part timers in the daily execution (from inbound to set-up to outbound) to ensure that all procedures are in line with brand standards
•Monitor the POS system and enhance particular systems if needed
•Assist on sales reports and reporting materials for brand partners and internal stakeholders
2.Admin role
•Coordinate with all vendors to provide event support at our pop-up store (rental of supplies, venue rental, …)
•Manage all team invoices and receipts, in coordination with Finance team in Hong Kong
•Potentially support other markets with offline events
•Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
•Manage all our logistic partners (Brand warehouse, On the List warehouse)
