Job Descriptions
- Building pipeline with prospect companies and current clients through expansion - Schedule appointments with potential clients to discuss the FutureSkill for Business products and services offered with HR or L&D and other Line of Business department leaders - Prepare deck and proposal for both new business opportunities and contract renewals with existing clients - Creating and delivering accurate sales forecasts through strong pipeline management - Collaborating with the greater sales team and marketing team to share best practices - Maintain relationship with all client communications, including emails, phone calls and visits - Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers through targeted research and networking activities - Stay up to date of market trends especially in upskilling and training, identifying opportunities for new products or services that align with specific client needs
Qualifications
  1. At least 1-2 years experience in Corporate Sales, AE or related field is preferred.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  3. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for efficient sales and client management eg. Zoho, Airtable and Google Workspace
  4. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  5. Self-motivated and driven by results
  6. Excellent communication skills and excellent presentation skills
  7. Strong writing, strategic thinking, ability to prospect efficiently, and strong planning skills
  8. Ability to adapt, or willing to learn how to develop a growth mindset
  9. Experience in an edtech company, IT software and training will be a plus
