What You'll Do:
As part of our talented team, you will be at the forefront of our business activities, leading the charge in discovering and nurturing new sales opportunities while ensuring our customers' needs are not just met, but exceeded. Your key responsibilities will include:
Market Exploration: Dive into market research to identify dynamic selling possibilities and gain insights into customer needs.
Opportunity Engagement: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through proactive engagement, including cold calls, networking, and social media.
Customer Connections: Set up and lead engaging meetings with potential clients, listen to their needs, and develop tailored solutions.
Inspiring Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on our products and services; become a trusted consultant and trainer for our customers.
Technical Expertise: Provide exceptional technical sales support, alongside installation and commissioning assistance.
Sales Reporting: Create insightful reviews and reports on sales and financial data to track our success.
Stock Management: Ensure availability of stock for sales demos, showcasing our state-of-the-art solutions.
Industry Representation: Be our ambassador at exciting exhibitions and conferences.
Negotiation Mastery: Close deals with confidence and handle objections gracefully.
Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our commercial sales and marketing teams to achieve outstanding results.
Assignment Management: Utilize your computer skills to manage and follow up on assignments efficiently.
Travel Opportunities: internationally
Qualifications - Thai National
- Proficient command of written and spoken English; fresh graduates are welcome, and 2 to 3 years of related experience is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of power systems, control systems, and grid protection (HV, MV, LV) across sectors.
- Experience with Power Quality Analysis.
- Familiarity with network protocols like TCP/IP, MODBUS, Profibus, and RS485 is a plus.
- Exceptional skills in Office programs.
- Strong marketing and negotiation acumen.
- Quick learning ability and a genuine passion for sales.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Team Player
- Proven experience as a sales and application engineer or in a relevant role is advantageous.
