Job Descriptions

1.Strategic planning and managed teams - Assisted BKK regional manager in planning and implementing GTM strategy. - Managed and supported acquisition team who will be a key player in this team to deliver their tasks and achieve their target. - Evaluate team performance and identify hiring and training needs. - Provide performance summary and valuable onground insight along with recommendations to core team 2.On-ground strategic partner acquisition - Lead strategic partners acquisition and gain new product adoption. - On-ground with the team to give them guidance and help uplift their performance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing or any related field.
experience Sales & marketing experience with customer facing
Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Strong leadership qualities, people management skills and hardworking in developing people.
Strong communication skills with fluency in Thai & English.
Self-motivated, proactive, growth mindset.
Able to transport in BKK & greater BKK area (Nonthaburi, Pathumthani, Samutprakarn) visit stores
Can set your own WFH schedule.
