Mon-Fri 08.00 - 17.00 น. • Provident Fund •Medical Insurance •Annual leave •Bonus •Salary Increment รายละเอียดงาน - Serve customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems - Maintain customer records by updating account information -Order entry -Coordinate with the member in the CS & Supply Chain team -Arrange shipment -Issue correct shipping documentation -Support Sales Managers -Supply various documentation to customers -Contribute to resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from related field
2 years of experience working as Customer Service or Order Management in Trading business
Good command of English (TOEIC 650+)
Onsite interview
