Responsibilities: · Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, fostering long-term relationships. · Understand client goals, challenges, and industry trends to anticipate their needs. · Regularly engage with clients through meetings, calls, and events to maintain strong rapport. · Develop and execute strategic account plans to align with client objectives and company goals. · Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and deepening partnerships. · Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions. · Track client KPIs and provide insights to improve outcomes and satisfaction. · Monitor account performance and proactively address potential issues or challenges. · Prepare and present regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders. · Act as the escalation point for client concerns, ensuring swift resolution. · Coordinate with relevant teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. · Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client industries. · Share insights with clients to position Gofive as a trusted advisor.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in account management, client services, or sales (more than 2 years preferred).
  3. Strong understanding of customer relationship management and sales strategies.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Prior experience in customer service, account management, or onboarding is preferred but not required.
  7. Product presentation or demonstration experience is an advantage.
  8. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and create actionable strategies.
  9. A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  10. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers and tasks simultaneously
