Job Descriptions
Responsibilities: • Facilitate and conduct cost review meetings with department heads. • Compile monthly management reports, emphasizing any significant variances for management and/or Business Units. • Execute monthly financial analyses and generate comprehensive costing reports. • Guarantee the precision and timeliness of all costing data. • Assess product costs and establish transfer pricing. • Oversee the complete lifecycle of fixed assets, from CAPEX through to asset disposal. • Suggest updates to accounting policies regarding fixed assets to management. • Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes. • Conduct variance analysis related to budget and forecast, presenting results to management. • Concentrate on costing while driving continuous improvement efforts. • Perform additional tasks as directed by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications
  1. 5 -7 years of experience in cost management within a manufacturing environment.
  2. 3 -5 years of experience working in a multinational corporation (manufacturing experience is advantageous).
  3. Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  4. Knowledge of IFRS, TFRS, and tax compliance.
  5. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  6. Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  7. Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
  8. Exceptional communication skills, with strong organizational capabilities.
  9. Fluency in English.
