Job Descriptions

Responsibilities; 1.Software License Management: Track and manage software licenses to ensure compliance and avoid unauthorized use. Renew software licenses as needed and coordinate with vendors. Monitor software usage and identify opportunities for cost savings. 2.Software Implementation: Coordinate and manage the implementation of manufacturing software applications, such as plant information, data visualization, inventory management, and quality management systems. Configure software to meet specific manufacturing requirements. Test and validate software functionality to ensure it aligns with business objectives. 3.Technical Support: Provide technical support to manufacturing personnel, troubleshooting software issues and resolving problems promptly. Assist users in understanding and utilizing software features effectively. Develop user manuals, training materials, and documentation. 4.Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate new manufacturing technologies and software solutions. Recommend technology upgrades or replacements based on business needs and industry trends. Utilize software tools to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. 5.Project Management: Manage software implementation projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in computer engineering, science, IT or a related field.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations.
3-5 years experience with manufacturing software applications such as manufacturing software applications such as Honeywell/Siemens/Thermo Fisher Scientific.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication in English and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
