3.Technical Support:
Provide technical support to manufacturing personnel, troubleshooting software issues and resolving problems promptly. Assist users in understanding and utilizing software features effectively. Develop user manuals, training materials, and documentation.
4.Technology Evaluation:
Research and evaluate new manufacturing technologies and software solutions. Recommend technology upgrades or replacements based on business needs and industry trends. Utilize software tools to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
5.Project Management:
Manage software implementation projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
