- Networks including wire, wireless, WAN, VPN, Load balancer, Cloud networking, Network security including firewall, WAF, Transit gateway, CDN.
- IT support including master image hardening, computer setup and handover, software installation, join domain, inventory tracking, patch and version update, IT Helpdesk both Windows, Mac, Tablets, and peripherals i.e. printers, scanners.
