- Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy to grow corporate, wholesale, and project-based accounts.
-Identify and target new business opportunities in industries such as interior design, real estate, hospitality, and retail.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in corporate client organizations.
- Set and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for B2B accounts.
- Account Management & Client Relations:
- Manage key corporate accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients, resolving any issues or inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
- Develop customized solutions to meet the specific needs of each client, from product selections to delivery timelines.
- Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and pricing structures in line with company objectives and profitability targets.
- Sales & Lead Generation:
- Generate and follow up on leads from trade shows, industry events, and other networking opportunities.
- Utilize CRM and lead management systems to track and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Proactively pursue opportunities to expand business with existing clients by offering new collections, services, or additional project support.
- Project Coordination & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, production, logistics) to ensure that all client projects are executed according to specifications and within deadlines.
- Coordinate with clients on bulk orders, custom pieces, and special project requests.
- Ensure seamless coordination between sales, operations, and design teams for timely delivery and installation of furniture for large projects.
