- Manage and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including websites, social media (LINE, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), Google (SEO/SEM), out-of-home media, and in-store activities such as events and promotions.
- Plan and execute marketing activities that drive traffic to stores, including in-store events, promotions, and lucky draws.
- Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing them against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Brainstorm and develop new and creative growth strategies that increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance across both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
Manage budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI for each campaign.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, PR&KOL, commercial, retail operations, customer service and IT, to align and execute marketing campaigns.
- Plan and work closely with the creative team to execute photo and video shoots, providing briefs and requirements to create static and video content for online advertising.
- Work closely with PR&KOL team to create influence and UGC engaging and effective content for online channels.
- Collaborate with the omnichannel team to plan and update website content, ensuring it enhances brand presence and helps improving SEO/SEM performance.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continually improve marketing efforts.
