As a Guest Service Agent (GSA) at PeaceLand Bangkok, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring every guest has a seamless, personalized, and memorable experience. You’ll handle front desk operations, assist with guest inquiries, and coordinate with other departments to deliver exceptional service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Check-in & Check-out: Ensure smooth and efficient check-in/out processes for guests.
Guest Relations: Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly with professionalism and care.
Reservations Management: Manage bookings, and room assignments, and assist with cancellations or modifications.
Coordination with Departments: Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B to ensure guests’ needs are met.
Billing & Payments: Handle payments, issue receipts, and ensure accurate end-of-day financial reports.
Promote Hotel Services: Inform guests about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and special offers.
Problem Resolution: Manage difficult situations and provide quick solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.
