Job Descriptions
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements. - Identify hiring needs by ensuring the supply meets the demand (collect or generate datasets to support decision-making). - Connect with potential candidates, screen applications, and conduct interviews and other necessary procedures. - Monitor, support and evaluate the implementation of the determined Globish coach's pedagogy (Class monitoring) - Provide ongoing mentorship, specific performance and behavioral feedback - Enforce teaching and working policies - Maintain good rapport with English coaches and keep them up-to-date with all information
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in English, education, or any other related discipline.
  2. 6 months - 1 year of work experience.
  3. Proficiency in English (Spoken, Written, Reading, Listening).
  4. Previous experience in the Human Resource and Development field is a plus.
  5. Previous experience in school or language institute is a plus.
  6. Good communication and analytical skills.
  7. Computer skills in Google Sheets​​.
