- Coordinate with Outsource Payroll Consultant to process monthly payroll arrangements including input & maintaining employee data in HRMS.
- Handle payroll calculations, deductions, and adjustments for employees accurately and promptly. Address any payroll-related inquiries or issues from employees in a timely manner.
- Preparing accurate & timely monthly/yearly payroll/headcount reports to relevant department (Finance/IT/Investor Relations).
- Managing taxation and global mobility-related issues to ensure compliance with the legislation of relevant jurisdictions and internal guidelines.
- Managing compensation & benefits related matter eg Manage Group Employee Insurance plan by update staff movement to the Insurance Service Provider.
- Identify gaps in payroll processes and lead relevant improvements initiatives in Payroll Policies / SOPs.
HR Operations
- Performing the full employee cycle from onboarding to offboarding. Guide employees through their onboarding experience, providing a great landing program, and conduct onboarding training to educate HR information.
- Administer and execute a full spectrum of HR processes including compliance & paperwork with statutory regulations, salary administration, employee movements - (transfers, promotion, confirmation, resignation) processes, employee benefits and any such activities.
- Preparation of other HR correspondence eg memo, letter etc as & when needed.
- Process & oversee Employee Handbook & HR related policy.
- Support IR/ER related matters/correspondence and attend to court, if needed.
- Dealing with agent on work visa /work permit and oversea quota.
- Resolving employee grievances by counselling employees and supervisors.
- Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.
