Lead Engineering Transformation Projects
- Supervise and execute transformation initiatives in engineering processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Utilize Power BI to gather, analyze, and present business and engineering performance data to support key decision-making processes.
- Identify inefficiencies in engineering workflows, recommend and implement process improvements that drive productivity and reduce costs.
Change Management
- Implement and lead change management efforts across the engineering team, ensuring smooth transitions for new systems, tools, and processes.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, operations, IT, and other departments to support business transformation and improve collaboration across functions.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Create detailed Power BI dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), project progress, and overall business impact of transformation initiatives.
Technology and Automation Integration
- Identify and implement automation tools and engineering software solutions to streamline operations and reduce manual work and provide new systems, workflows, and data tools (e.g., Power BI), ensuring the organization fully utilizes implemented improvements.
