Job Descriptions
1. Fully inform customers about inbound shipments and arrival notices
2. Trace and track shipments with Air or Ocean liners and overseas branches to ensure smooth operations
3. Assist in resolving consignment settlement issues and managing break-bulk clerk workload
4. Take on additional assignments as required to meet the company’s needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3 - 6 years of experience in Freight Import
- Over 2 years of experience supervising a team or staff
- Good knowledge of Air or Ocean import procedures
- Proficient in English communication at a business level
- Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, motivation, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to work well under pressure
- ** Ocean Freight base at Rama 3 Bangkok / Air Freight base at AOT Suvarnabhumi **
