Job Descriptions1. Provide daily admin operations and support, including office stationery supply, fixed assets update and maintenance, EHS inspection, etc.
2. Assist in corporate and BU files for HR key project, like TAE, performance management, Org-chart, “quarter/annual star” election, etc.
3. Make travel arrangement, hotel reservations, flight booking, visa application in accordance with company policy.
4. Process and maintain internal database and documents for supporting employee relations and HR related affairs.
5. Assist in recruitment process, including preparing Job description, interview telephone screening
6. Implement employment, including on-board procedure, staff orientation, company and colleague introduction, probation management, etc.
7. Supervise employees' daily attendance, leaves etc. and completing related reports
8. Assist in payroll and social benefits preparation
9. Keep sensitive in labor laws and relevant local legislations
10. Other HR and Admin matters assigned by Manager
