Job Descriptions
Responsibilities:
•Document Control responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents.
•Support the shipment team with administrative tasks and documentation.
•Check export shipping document for 100% correctness.
•Coordinate with carriers, customers and internal to ensure. accurate and timely processing of sea freight export shipments.
•Follow up shipping document with carrier, customer to review and confirm.
•Coordinate with customs broker to apply FORM and C/O.
•Arrange Shipping advice and courier original documents.
•Tracking shipments and sending regular status reports to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree of Logistics Supply Chain, Business Administration and related.
- Age 22 years up.
- Good in Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), SAP system, E-mail.
- Good command in English.
- Have acknowledge in Export Control would be advantages.
