Job Descriptions
- Ensure production planning comply with customer's requirement with regarding to volume and schedules.
- Establish and maintain engineering procedures to maintain high standard of manufacturing operations, machine capability, product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
- Study and evaluate the production process, method and equipment to perform in the most efficiency condition.
- Plan future manufacturing programs to obtain maximum value from production resources such as equipment, machines and testing as well as personnel.
- Material Control and Production Control departments to ensure coordination of engineering activities.
- Check and analyze non-standard work pieces with the relevant team for improvement. and find ways to prevent it from happening again.
- Ensure compliance to all working standards, manuals and regulations, such as IATF 16949, ISO14001, and others.
- Lead special assignments or special projects (Cross Functional Team)
- Establish Preventive action implementation and effectively eliminate root cause.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree - Master’s Degree of Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Business Administration or relate field.
- At least 1-3 years experienced of Production planning in Automotive part industry.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing production challenges.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Good in speaking and understanding of the English language
