Job Title: Prep Team Cook / Following Cook Location: Sattahip Chonburi Map: https://columbiapicturesaquaverse.com/contact-us Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled Prep Team Cook / Following Cook with a minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage within a hotel environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in preparing a variety of cuisines, including Italian, Chinese, Japanese, French, and Korean dishes, and must have strong English communication skills. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes according to hotel standards. • Follow recipes and presentation specifications to ensure consistency and quality. • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized work area. • Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed. • Assist in inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies as needed. • Contribute to menu planning and development with creative input.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a food and beverage role within a hotel.
  2. Proficiency in Italian, Chinese, Japanese, French, and Korean cuisines
  3. Strong English communication skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  5. Team player with a passion for culinary arts and customer satisfaction.
