Job DescriptionsCampaign Optimization and Performance Measurement:
Oversee day-to-day optimizations for all digital campaigns, including social media campaigns, Google Ads, PPC, SEO, landing pages, and web portals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design strategic actions, define targets, and implement projects efficiently.
Establish assessment metrics on Google Analytics, especially GA4, and social media platforms.
Monitor performance metrics, alerting the team for optimization, and prepare detailed monthly digital reports covering website performance, digital ads, and lead generation.
Design and Development:
Utilize tools such as WIX, WordPress, Figma, or other relevant platforms to design and develop engaging landing pages.
Implement best practices in UX/UI design to enhance user experience and encourage conversions.
IT Project Management:
Act as a Product Owner, collaborating with IT, Data team, and external specialists for new developments essential to sales and marketing.
Supervise and address potential risks or malfunctions on company websites and platforms, working closely with vendors and IT specialists.
Team Collaboration and Guidance:
Provide guidance, support, and advice to team members regarding task and timeline management, optimization strategies, and resource requirements.
Actively seek opportunities for digital improvement and propose new initiatives.
