Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities:
Translate documents and communications between Burmese and Thai, ensuring clear and accurate understanding.
Recruit and interview migrant workers for various job openings, assisting them throughout the application process.
Liaise with employers and workers to ensure effective communication of job requirements and expectations.
Provide support and guidance to migrant workers, addressing their concerns and needs during the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records of candidates and job placements in our recruitment database.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop strategies for attracting qualified migrant workers.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both Burmese and Thai, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in translation and/or recruitment, particularly with migrant workers, is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with recruitment software.
- Knowledge of labor laws and rights concerning migrant workers is a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently to provincial areas and visit construction sites.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus; ability to drive is highly desirable.
