We’re looking for a competitive, passionate, and goal-oriented Salesperson/Manager to join our fast-growing company. In this role, you’ll be tasked with quickly and aggressively building a sales pipeline and developing a methodology for contacting potential clients for our interior design & build company, which specializes in working with large multinational corporations.
Leads are often available through our extensive contacts in the industry. The primary task is to translate these leads into potential clients. The secondary task is to generate your own leads resulting in potential clients for the organization.
You must be comfortable working as a team player, and possess the skills to generate leads and produce sales as well. You’ll have the freedom (and you must possess the conviction) to create and implement strategies that will lead to the continued growth of our organization.

Job Responsibilities:
Maintain responsibility for performance of all sales activities.
Establish and strategically build a solid customer base.
Set goals and conduct quarterly performance reviews with all team members.
Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals.
Lead by example, using the established sales processes, and close a high percentage of the leads that you and your team generate.
Continually analyze the sales process in an effort to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish a sales reporting framework.
Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.
