Job DescriptionsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Support:
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Mandarin/Cantonese, ensuring high-quality service.
• Provide personalized assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and needs in a warm, courteous manner
• Utilize your understanding of Chinese culture and language to build strong rapport with clients, offering an elevated service experience.
• Be fully responsible for customer satisfaction.
Complaint Resolution:
• Listen to and address customer complaints regarding products and services, providing guidance for resolution.
• Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
Product Knowledge:
• Maintain a strong understanding of company products/ service to offer tailored recommendations and detailed product information.
Sales Support:
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services as appropriate.
Feedback Collection:
• Gather customer feedback to improve services and report issues to management
Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in any fields
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Call Center, Customer Service, or related fields
- Fluent in Chinese Mandarin and/or Cantonese and Good command in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written and spoken
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center technology
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and patience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, passionate about customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proactive, self-motivated and high responsibility
- Able to work in a team environment
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work on weekends and public holiday (Rotational shifts)
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
