• Ensure brand alignment and consistency across all TikTok channels.
2. Content Planning & Team Management
• Develop a content calendar and supervise editors to ensure timely delivery of high
quality content.
• Oversee ads shooting, coordinating with the creative team to create engaging and on
brand content.
• Manage and approve scripts, visuals, and final edits for posts and ads to maintain content
quality and alignment with brand voice.
• Collaborate with KOC (Key Opinion Consumers) and influencers to ensure engaging
and authentic reviews on TikTok.
3. Influencer & Creator Collaboration
• Identify and collaborate with TikTok creators for promotional campaigns and product
endorsements.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers to ensure continuous collaboration.
• Prepare TikTok creators for new shop launches to generate buzz and drive
engagement.
• When entering new provinces, create and manage new TikTok channels tailored to local
markets.
4. Ads Management & Budget Control
• Plan, manage, and monitor TikTok ad campaigns, ensuring they align with brand and
business objectives.
• Set and manage budgets for TikTok campaigns, ensuring they meet both quarterly and
monthly targets.
• Monitor ad performance to optimize ROI and adjust campaigns in real-time.
