Job Descriptions1. Oversee the creation, installation, and maintenance of POS materials at all branches to ensure brand consistency and timely updates.
2. Manage digital signage in-store to promote cooking skills, brand values, seasonal promotions, and new menu launches.
3. Execute ad-hoc promotions and activities in coordination with operations and marketing teams.
4. Collaborate with landlords to identify co-marketing opportunities and ensure visibility within their properties (e.g., malls and office spaces).
5. Coordinate mall activities and pop-up stores, ensuring smooth setup and brand alignment.
6. Manage the marketing aspect of new shop launches, including developing launch plans, arranging POSM materials, and engaging local customers.
