Job Descriptions

-Be responsible for individual achievement on Life. -Search the new prospective client from the internet and database of SCS. -Find the new prospective client by cold call. (Internet searching) -Support the referral case referred by the existing customer or Japanese. -Approach the prospect client by knocking door and making a relationship. -Contact the client to request the information for quoting. -Cross-selling for getting more customers in Non-Life team. -Support Company’s New Project as supervisor and manager assign. -Make an appointment with the new prospective client to visit and get the information. -Co-ordinate with the insurer to receive the proposal and negotiate with the insurer. -Submit the proposal to the prospective client. Make a presentation to prospective client during bidding. -Follow up the feedback from the prospective client. -Present the company profile and insurance benefit to all employees of the client as instruction. -Visit the customer with the renewal team and transfer the account to renewal team smoothly. -Report the problem to the supervisor and manager for finding the best solution. -Support some of existing customers along with renewal team especially for big case to maintain with us.

Qualifications

-Thai Nationality
-Male / Female
- Age not over 37 years old
-Bachelor's degree in any field
-At least 2years experience in Sales new business.
-Experienced in working in the insurance broker, group life insurance or group health insurance
-Able to work under the pressure.
-Good typing skills for both English and Thai. Computer skills including Excel (Pivot Table), Word, Power point.
-Good negotiation, bargaining, and presentation skill.
-Very be more careful and can work in detail job.
-Good characteristic, serviced mind, good attitude, tolerant and careful job with accuracy
-Good in English communication skill.
