•Work with customers and the R&D department to develop new products tailored to market demands.
•Design and manage sales promotion programs to meet sales targets.
3.Managing the International Marketing Team
•Manage the entire order process from receiving orders to shipping, ensuring timelines are met.
•Ensure product quality checks are in accordance with agreements and manage customer complaints efficiently.
•Control the budget to align with operational plans.
•Propose and implement international marketing strategies.
4.Coordination with Other Departments:
•Work with production, quality control, warehousing, and procurement departments to manage raw material levels, production volumes, and fulfillment as per the operational plans.
•Regulate product and raw material inventory levels to avoid excess or shortages.
5.Currency Exchange Rate Utilization: Utilize foreign exchange rates effectively to optimize pricing and profitability in international markets.
6.Performance Reporting: Regularly present monthly, quarterly performance reports to the executive management team.
