Job Descriptions
-Overseeing the maintenance and repair of electrical systems and facilities within the organization.
-Develop and implement preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
-Manage the maintenance budget and costs.
-Effective coordinate with all concerned department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
- More than 10 years of experience in maintenance management, especially in industrial businesses.
- ***Knowledge and experience with PLC systems.
- Strong of leadership and must patient for the high pressure of working conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and computer literacy.
- Required to know IATF16949, APQP, PPAP, ISO14001, ISO45001
