Job Descriptions

• Responsible for overall BOI – Free Zone operations. • Prepare documents related to BOI – Free Zone. • Take care BOI-Free Zone process when importing material and machines that are used in production. • Coordinate supplier overseas for all the processes related to BOI- Free Zone. • Managing operations under Customs regulations, BOI-Free Zone privilege, and others required for inbound-outbound shipments delivered on time with cost management. • Preparing the documents for Customs clearance processes. • Providing and informing the shipment customers with the related shipping documents such as Invoices, Packing lists, Bill of Landing. etc. • Provide import and export shipping documents and submission of import/export declarations to the customs system. • Prepare and submit a report to BOI as required. Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : None Workplace Area: Mabyangphon, Pluak Daeng Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri)

Qualifications

Age 30-40 years
Any gender
Bachelor's degree in Logistic or related field
Have working experience about BOI & import export at least 3 years from any manufacturing industry
Conversation middle level of English (Able to report to Management)
Able to use MS Office
Can join immediately
Not job hopper
