Work Level: Senior Job Type: Full Time About Us: We are a dynamic digital sustainability business unit, helping businesses achieve their environmental goals through innovative data-driven solutions. Our flagship Data Discovery platform is at the forefront of carbon management and sustainability reporting. Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled System Analyst to work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders, playing a key role in the day-to-day management and enhancement of our Data Discovery platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, coupled with the ability to translate business needs into clear system requirements, ensuring smooth project execution and operational efficiency. 1.Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering & Analysis: o Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and document system requirements. o Analyze business processes and recommend system modifications or enhancements to meet client and market needs. o Work closely with developers to ensure that technical specifications align with business goals and system functionality. 2. System Design & Documentation: o Design and develop system workflows and process maps to streamline development and implementation. o Create detailed system specifications and technical documentation, ensuring clarity for development teams. o Support the development of user stories, system requirements, and test cases. 3. Development Support: o Act as a liaison between the development team and business stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of requirements. o Provide ongoing support for system implementation and testing, addressing any issues that arise. 4. System Testing & Validation: o Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop test plans and execute testing for new system features or updates. o Validate that system changes meet business requirements and address potential risks before deployment. o Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients to ensure successful delivery. Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role within a SaaS or data platform environment.
Proven experience in working closely with development teams and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Experience with data management systems and familiarity with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Knowledge of sustainability technologies and standards (e.g., carbon management, GHG protocols) is a plus.
Proficiency in system analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
Familiarity with data integration, ETL processes, and cloud infrastructure.
Basic understanding of software development practices and tools (e.g., SQL, APIs, Agile methodologies).
Experience with sustainability reporting and compliance frameworks (e.g., GHG Protocol, ISO/IEC 27001) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, managing multiple priorities.
Experience with Digital Sustainability or ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) initiatives.
Experience working in an Agile or Scrum development environment.
