Job Descriptions
1. Respond to customer inquiries through online channels in a timely manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction. 3.Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve complex issues. 4. Track and report on customer service metrics and feedback. 5. Develop FAQs and knowledge base articles for customer support. 6. Assist in improving processes for better online customer experience.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in online customer service.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  3. Strong understanding of social media and online communication tools.
  4. Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of inquiries.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proficiency with CRM systems and online chat tools.
