Job Descriptions
1. Develop and implement customer experience strategies for food retail.
2. Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance the service experience.
3. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align on initiatives.
4. Monitor and report on customer experience KPIs.
5. Organize and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
6. Train staff on delivering consistent and exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer experience or service roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of customer journey and experience design.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- Experience in the food retail industry is a plus.
