ทำงานกะกลางคืน เที่ยงคืน - 8 โมงเช้า แบบ work form home แต่ในช่วงแรกต้องเข้ามาเรียนรู้งานที่บริษัทก่อนประมาณ 2 สัปดาห์ Responsibilities •Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat. •Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features. •Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance. •Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved. •Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams. •Support customer request. •Manage customer data and history. •Provide support to sales team to ensure successful sales win. •Coordinate with suppliers. •Conduct research and prepare PowerPoint presentations to support sales team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any fields.
Experience 1 years in Customer Support.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Multi-tasking abilities.
Possesses good customer service skills and services mind.
Must have knowledge and proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Able to work in night shifts
