Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and ensure HR initiatives align with their performance and revenue goals.
Provide HR and administrative support tailored to the unique needs of the sales and trading environment.
Formulate and implement strategic HR initiatives to align with company goals, focusing on both company and employee outcomes.
