Job Descriptions
The Food Stock Control Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing food inventory levels to ensure that the business consistently meets demand while minimizing waste and spoilage. This role requires expertise in inventory management, quality control, Following Par Stock Level ( Minimal & Maximal) with a focus on food safety and compliance standards. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of food handling practices, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to stock management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inventory Control and Stock Monitoring. 2. Waste Minimization and Quality Assurance. 3. Demand Forecasting and Ordering. 4. Food Safety Compliance. 5. Coordination with Cross-Functional Teams. 6. Data Analysis and Reporting.
Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Hospitality, or a related field. Or 5 years working experience as a Stock Management in chain restaurants.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in food inventory or stock control, preferably in a hospitality or foodservice setting.
  3. Skills: Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, FoodCo). Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP). Analytical skills with experience in forecasting and data analysis. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Reliable with a strong working Ethical.
  4. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Food Safety or HACCP. and Experience with food cost control and menu planning.
  5. Working Conditions: This role involves both office work and physical activity, including stock inspections and inventory counts, and may require occasional evening or weekend hours, depending on stock schedules and business demands.
