Job Descriptions
งานติดตั้งเครื่อง/โปรแกรม Machine/program installation work
•ดำเนินการติดตั้งเครื่อง และโปรแกรมให้กับผู้ใช้
•Proceed to install the machine. and programs to users
•แนะนำการใช้งานและการดูแลเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้น
•Introduce basic computer usage and care.
•จัดทำทะเบียนเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์
•Prepare a computer register
งานบริการแก้ไขปัญหา Problem solving services
•รับคำร้องขอจากผู้ใช้งาน
•Receive requests from users
•ตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ปัญหา
•Examine and analyze problems.
•ดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหา
•Take action to solve problems
•แนะนำการใช้งานให้ผู้ใช้
•Advise users to use
•ติดต่อประสานงานเพื่อส่งซ่อมภายนอก (กรณีซ่อมไม่ได้)
•Liaise for external repairs. (in the event that it cannot be repaired)
Qualifications
- เพศชาย อายุ 27 ปี ขึ้นไป
- ป.ตรี สาขา IT หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ ได้ดี
- (ถ้า) มีความรู้ ระบบคุณภาพ ISO 9001 : 2015 จะรับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
