Job Descriptions

Validation and verification 3.1.1 Establishing all of product and process validation, re-validation, verification and testing for both of routine and project: new tooling, new machine, new product, new process, change control and improvement. 3.1.2 Establishing the strategy validation report and statement report to support for project and any change control process. 3.1.3 Establishing testing's cost estimation to support for project and any change control process. 3.1.4 Establishing machine validation plan, protocol and report included supporting to QA Supervisor for Validation mater plan. 3.1.5 Communication for any progress of validation, verification and testing to project leader and concerned team in monthly report.data to customer, parent company and internal process. 3.1.6 Ensure that any start up process for the validation and verification activity are appreciated management and corrected to comply with protocol, specification, work instruction, procedure or standard requirement. 3.1.7 Cooperation with lab section to get the testing's result for testing following planning. 3.1.8 Cooperate with QA section to propose any release and block for raw material, semi-finished product and finished product concerned of validation, verification and testing batch. 3.1.9 Investigation for product and process deviation included nonconformity and customer complaint. 3.1.11 Ensure and follow up for result of validation or verification or testing will be appropriate transferred to routine process. 3.1.12 Supporting data and information for team in any requesting. 3.1.13 Filing and achieving the validation, verification, testing protocol & report, strategy report and statement report ปฏิบัติงาน : นิคมอุตสาหกรรมบางกระดี่ วันเวลา : วันจันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 08.00 - 17.00 น.
