Key Responsibilities: -System Design and Deployment: Plan, configure, and install hardware, software, and networking components based on business requirements. -System Monitoring and Maintenance: Regularly check the performance, troubleshoot issues, apply updates, and optimize systems to enhance functionality. -Security Management: Implement security protocols to safeguard data and prevent unauthorized access. -Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, network administrators, and business analysts. -Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for configurations, updates, and standard operating procedures. -Technical Support: Provide level 2 or 3 support for escalated technical issues and train junior staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus.
Proficiency in networking and security best practices.
Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
Capacity to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
